Abstract (EN)

Individuals and organisations make use of media tools to carry out their marketing activities. It is seen that different media tools have been used from past to present. The adventure that started with traditional media tools such as television, radio and newspapers continues with new media tools. Digital media platforms that emerged with the development of internet technology are widely used. One of these platforms is social media. It is possible to reach the target audience in a short time by sharing content with social media platforms such as Youtube, Intsagram, X. content is consumed quickly on these platforms with a large number of users. Therefore, content needs to be produced quickly and continuously. Artificial intelligence helps people at this point. With artificial intelligence technology, content can be produced from text and technical features such as vocalisation can be made. Therefore, it is possible to shorten content preparation processes and costs. As a result, it can be said that artificial intelligence increases the effectiveness of social media. In this study, the development process of social media and artificial intelligence will be mentioned and how artificial intelligence is used in social media, which strategies are followed and how it directs the sectors will be emphasised. In this context, artificial intelligence images shared from food, automotive, tourism and fashion sectors on social media were analysed with semiotic method. As a result of the analysis, it was observed that the person sectors produce and share images that do not move away from the social context with artificial intelligence. It was concluded that the visual production processes of artificial intelligence will play an important role in terms of digital marketing and brand communication.
