Abstract (EN)

The Turks, who were oppressed by the Tsarist regime, started to increase their political activities during the 1905 Revolution. The Tsarist order, which weakened after the 1905 Revolution, ended in February 1917. The idea of independence began to spread after the February 1917 revolution. These ideas have effected Turks like all the other nations under Russian pressure. In this process, the Turks were were polarized according to their tribes, beliefs and different ideologies they had. Sultan Galiyev preferred to be with the Bolsheviks during this period which included many groups of different ideologies. Two words promised by the Bolsheviks; -the principle of giving nations the right to self-determination and freedom towards non-Russian nations- was extremely effective in this election. Sultan Galiyev had the biggest impact in the success of the Red Army against the White Army on the Eastern Front while the civil war was going on, because of this reason until the end of the danger in Kazan, the Bolshevik leaders tolerated his demands and political moves. After the military success in Kazan, the Bolsheviks didn't need local Tatarist communists led by Galiyev muchdue to thisreason tolerance has been replaced by sanctions. At this point, conflicts began between Galiyev and Stalin. In this study, the topics that we have mentioned above have been tried to be discussed in detail. With an emphasis on the life and struggle of Sultan Galiyev, Ideas specific to Galiev, such as sömürgeler enternasyonali and proleter millet, It includes ideas specific to Galiyev and the ability to challenge time by overcoming these ideas.
