Comparison of women's rights before and after the sociological approval of the 1926 Civil Code

When, where, how these problems start to unravel. In this thesis, we will try to convey the awakening of women, their attempts to seek their rights and the cries of rights. In what period, in what way they tried to make their voices heard and how effective they were, we will all witness it together. Women began their quest for rights after society came to a certain sense of prosperity. This quest for rights began especially after the Enlightenment period. Women, like men, have strived to have rights in many areas such as social, political, legal and administrative and to eliminate this inequality. These efforts led to the emergence of a new movement in society. This new trend or concept has been feminism. If we try to clarify the concept of feminism; feminism can be called attempts to have all kinds of private and public rights by eliminating the inequality of men and women in society. In addition, the patriarchal society is an effort to get rid of the oppression of society and to gain all kinds of legitimate rights by trying to break the structure. A country's level of development is directly proportional to women's rights. Because it is almost impossible to say that a country without women's rights is modern and developed. Women are the most important factor that shows that a country is modern and developed. In order for the country to develop and reach the level of modern civilizations, they will make a significant contribution to the country by making the best use of the rights that women have in social and political life. The concept of feminism has formed different offerings in different periods. This understanding has taken shape by influencing many intellectual and operational ideologies. In this way, different opinions and opinions emerged. The environment of these views and opinions has been taken place in the individual and universal rights of women. There are roles given to men and women in social life. These roles are sometimes biological factors and sometimes traditional gender roles produced by society. But the roles that have always been given to women have led to women being second-in-line in social life. The downside of this situation is that we're not going to be able to do anything about it. that the woman has internalized these roles. The male has always been drawn to the corner, maintaining his superior dominance. Thus, the woman was condemned to take on the model and profile of "femininity" imposed on her by society.
