Abstract (EN)
Word phrases and functions of word phrases in Khorezmian Turkic Language, constitute the subject of this study. In this context, in the first chapter of the study, information was given about the historical development and works of Khorezmian Turkic Language. In the second chapter, the syntax approaches of authority are examined within the traditional syntax understanding. In the third chapter, general features and functions of phrases in Khorezmian Turkic Language are discussed with the traditional syntax understanding. In the fourth chapter, linguistically syntax approaches are discussed and the classification of the word phrases in Khorezmian Turkic Language is made by using universal linguistic principles according to the functions determined in the second chapter. Our study has three main objectives: These are to determine the structural and functional differences of Word phrases in Khorezmian Turkic Language from word phrases in modern Turkish; determine the ways in which word phrases are handled in the traditional understanding of syntax and try to explain controversial issues; to offer new views on the subject by going beyond the traditional syntax understanding, it is to try to explain the subject within the framework of universal linguistics. The word phrases in Khorezmian Turkic Language were examined by scanning all the works of the period and by the method of filing. It has been found that the order of phrases in Harezm Turkish is the same as in Turkey Turkish, the differences are mainly caused by suffixes and the function of the word in syntax.
