Sustainable environment perspective Faculty of Education students' levels of environmental literacy

The aim of this study; determine sustainable environment perspective faculty of education students? levels of environmental literacy. Research 2011-2012 academic year in spring period, 249 student studying in the Afyon Kocatepe University Faculty of Education, general screening model was used. Kışoğlu(2009) `taken from the Environmental Literacy Scale was used consisting of four sub-components. As a result of the research, moderate levels of environmental literacy of students in education faculty have been identified. Education Faculty students have relatively high level of environmental attitude, environmental knowledge, environmental behavior and determined that moderate levels of environmental perception.
