Abstract (EN)

The porpuse of the acquired politics of electric energy is to meet people's electric need. Today, Electric energy is very important necessity for people as a lifecycle. the gererated electric should be enough, sustainable, low-priced and eco-friendly. In this work, it is aimed to increase the independence of Turkey in the field of energies and provide a supply chain by pointing out the supplement election criteria at the coal plants and create optimum process. A questionnaire was formed by taking attention to literature searching and revising supplement election criteria of Firoz vd.(2017) . The questionnaire was evaluated by the masters working at the thermic central and factor analyses technic was used. While applying that analyses, Statical Package for the Social Science ( SPSS 20 ) has been done. With the factor analyses, the manin and sub-main criteria were determined for election of coal supplement. Next, with the support of the Expert Choice Program and AHP ( Analytic Hierarchy Process ) were used on knowing of the heaviness and the comparisons of the factors ,were occurred later. As a consequence, using of the green transportation channels were determined as a most important criteria under the sustainable factor. As to the result of bilateral alternative evoluations made in coal supplier selection criteria, it has been coclude that private equity firms have the highest significace weight compared to other alternatives.
