Abstract (EN)

Increasing interest in sustainability concept also effects the rapid developments and changes in architecture and construction sectors in recent years. Through these changes, various laws, policies and regulations are being made all over the world. It becomes a vital demand for the architecture and construction sectors to adopt sustainable innovations in terms of products and processes in order to create and implement more sustainable architectural projects with these changes and arrangements, For all these reasons, the internalization of technological innovations in order to obtain sustainable data in the architectural sector, the rapid development and increase of products in the last 15 years for sustainable construction, encourages the use of BIM in the design and construction stages. On the other hand, BIM technology has begun to be at the center of the sustainable building production process due to design and visualization as well as performance analysis, planning and programming, preparation of construction related documents and the need to provide data on the use process. In the introduction part of the study, the situation of the problem, the purpose, importance, assumptions, limitations, scope and method of the study have been explained and the importance of the relationship between sustainability and BIM has been emphasized. In the second part, general information about sustainability and BIM has been given. In the third part of the study, the examination of the example of en "A" Residence project with autodesk revit architecture has been transferred to building information modeling. In the fourth section, the findings and evaluations have been obtained as a result of the examination and the related results have been included.
