Abstract (EN)
Rapidly growing population, developing technology and industrialization are accompanied by an increase in energy demand. Today, usual fossil resources are used more heavily in meeting energy demand. However, scientific studies and findings show that nonrenewable fossil-based fuels will be consumed in the near future. Along with the risks of depletion of fossil resources, the natural balance of the world has also begun to deteriorate and environmental pollution has occurred. Especially, concepts such as global warming and climate change have recently entered our lives. In addition, the increase in the costs of non-renewable resources and the fact that they will be consumed after a very short period of time also remove sustainability. As renewable energy sources alternative to fossil resources today are used in many areas such as energy, heating and transportation. Renewable energy sources have sustainable, domestic, low fuel costs, and at the same time clean and environmentally friendly properties they have become more important in the last period.
