The effect of the statu of Syrian energy zones on the syrian economy

One of the most important requirements for providing sustainable economic development is energy. A country's population structure, the possibilities and impossibilities due to the country's energy resources, the opportunities and issues that arrise because of where the country is located, its political, commercial and economical relations and also financial, coporate and constitutional developments are all factors which render diversifying energy resources imperative. This increases the importance of the safety of naturel gas and petrol and there by the country's safety too. In this study, in light of regional developments, the economical importance of the remaining areas where petrol and natural gas is found in the eastern territory of the Syrian government, which they do not have complete control over at this time, will be reviewed. In addition, the necessity of thes eareas to the Syrian government has been determined and the effects on the state's interests because of them being held seperate from these regions for a long time has also been reviewed.
