Abstract (EN)
Turkey is bordering migration due to civil war in Syria. Turkey, due to the civil war in Syria is the large number of Syrians have agreed to a temporary state status in the country today is too many people involved in the economic life of these refugees. In this research, the participation of Syrian refugee women in socio-economic life has been examined. The main purpose of this thesis is to investigate the gender discrimination and social exclusion of Turkish female refugees in their participation in the labor market. In this thesis, a questionnaire was applied to 462 people living in Şanlıurfa province determined by snowball method. The collected data were analyzed in the SPSS statistical program. In addition, 50 Syrian women were interviewed face-to-face in Arabic face to face with refugees. There were 20 problems faced by Syrian refugees in Şanlıurfa. Within the framework of the findings, problems faced by female Syrian refugees living in Şanlıurfa in their participation in the labor market have been identified and solutions for them have been developed.
