Well-known trademark concept and the protection of the well-known trademark

In this thesis, the well-known trademark concept, the protection of the well-known trademark and the legal results connected to the well-known trademark are examined. In this context, the thesis consists of three chapters. In the first chapter, trademark concept, trademark signs, trademark types and functions are discussed. In the second chapter, the definition of the well-known trademark, some determination criteria's of the well-known trademark, and the acceptance time of the well-known trademark were explained. In the last part, the protection of the well-known trademark and the demands of the well-known trademark regarding private law were discussed.
