Abstract (EN)

With the earthquake-resistant construction designs which is starting in 1990s in Turkey to the face of destructive effect of earthquake has been considerably progress. The earthquake performance of our newly constructed buildings has increased considerably with the computer-aided design figures that were developed with the Regulation on Buildings to be Made in Earthquake Regions which is entring in to force in 2007. At the same time the work of determining the performance of the building stock in the event of an earthquake has begun in Turkey. In this direction, the Risky Building Detection Regulation entered into force in 2013. With these principles, the structures that were built in the past and which is still using also taken into evaluation. Within this scope, risk assessments of the buildings' such as performance level, strength and life safety of during the earthquake are carried out. As a result, it is aimed to prepare all the structures that are produced daily from the past the most possible earthquake that will occur. In this thesis, Bayburt House which is a subject of Bayburt rural traditional house research in the context of preservation of rural architectural heritage within the boundaries of Sorkunlu village, Aydıntepe district, Bayburt province has been examined in detail. Within the scope of this review the principles of both the 2007 Earthquake Regulation and the 2013 Determination of Risky Buildings of the selected Bayburt house's of performance analysis was conducted with StatiCAD-Yığma software according to. In the performance calculations, information about the structure, materials used, information about the structure, modeling procedures and methods are presented in detail, the obtained results are given.
