Abstract (EN)

Today, the efficient use of renewable energy sources is of great importance. In the South Eastern Anatolia Region, there is a greater need for irrigation in agricultural activities due to the high number of sunny days in summer. In agricultural areas where there is no mains electricity, water generators or diesel powered water engines are used for irrigation. The high fuel costs of these systems cause great difficulties for the farmers. Therefore; irrigation by photovoltaic panel using solar energy for agricultural irrigation is the most logical and costless system in long term. It is important that solar energy, which is one of the renewable energy sources, can be used in agricultural irrigation with the help of photovoltaic systems because of the environmental pollution and depletion of fossil fuels. It is known that agricultural irrigation can be done with irrigation pumps working with conventional energy sources as well as irrigation pumps working with photovoltaic systems. In this study; it is desired to contribute to increasing the use of solar energy, one of the most important renewable energy resources, and to show that these resources can meet all kinds of energy needs, along with developing technology. Also; phase alternating current submersible motors operating with mains power or a phase-to-phase 220 volt AC voltage with oil-cooled 4 'submersible motor running at 2.2 KW with phase-to-phase 380 volt AC voltage in a newly installed submersible system. In this case, a photovoltaic system working with solar energy is designed.
