Abstract (EN)

The language features that have melted as technolojical developments gain momentum are intended to be preserved with various language studies. It is observed that the majority of the studies carried out this style are directed towards the written language. Dialects are the branches of a language that have been separated from that language due to, geographicaland cultural factors in ancienttimes. Dialects may undergo changes overtime in terms of voice, lexical presence, and syntax. The vernacular speeches are regional branches of the language that have been separated from the language they belong to in more recent times than the dialect. The vernacular speeches appear in different forms of utarance compared to the literary language of a dialect. The Oghuz tribes that settled in Anatolia in the eleventh century caused a variety of vernacular speechs features. However, considering the influence of oyher factors diversity can be seen to increase. These vernacular speech formed groupings in terms of their similarities, historical factors and ethnic development. The Kipchaks, the most populous group of contemporary Turkish dialects, have spread over a wicle area. Tatar Turkish, which is a member of this group, is mostly in Tatarstan.; it is spoken in, Bashkortostan, Bulgaria, Kazakhstan, Romania, China, Finland, Ukraine, Kyrgystan, Azerbaijan, Tajikistan and Turkey. Especially in the northeast region of Anatolia, Trabzon region has a variety of ethnic factors that distinguish the vernacular speech of Trabzon from other vernacular speechs and the written language. In this study, the analysis of Tatar Turkish in Kipchak Turkish language group in terms of writing language, on the other hand, similar and different aspects of Trabzon region local speech of Oghuz group, were examined on the basis of morphological comparasion. The comparasion based proximity of Tatar Turkish in Trabzon region is determined and morphological features in the vernacular speech of the region are revealed.
