Abstract (EN)

The aim of this study is to examine the effect of supply chain integration, supply chain strategies, digitalisation and firm performance of the firms operating in Gaziantep Organised Industrial Zones (OIZ), and also to examine whether digitalisation has a mediating role in the effect of supply chain integration (SC) and supply chain strategies (SC) on firm performance (FP). In the study, data were obtained from 320 firms in Gaziantep Organised Industrial Zone (OIZ) by means of questionnaire form with convenience sampling method. The study hypotheses were tested with Smart PLS statistical programme. As a result of the study, supplier integration and customer integration have a significant effect on firm performance, while internal integration has no significant effect on firm performance. In addition, it was determined that internal, customer and supplier integration positively affect digitalisation and digitalisation positively affects firm performance. In addition, agile supply chain strategies, which are sub-dimensions of supply chain strategies, have a positive and significant effect on firm performance, while lean and hybrid chain strategies have no effect on firm performance. Finally, it was concluded that digitalisation has a mediating role in the relationship between supplier integration and supply chain strategies and firm performance.
