The effects of technological change on hospital staffs: An example of a state hospital

Abstract (EN)

This research has done descriptively and sectionally for determining the effects of tecnological changings on hospital staffs. The population of the study consisted of the employees of a State Hospital. 203 staffs who worked between November-December 2018, admited the researchand suitable for this research's condition has created this research's sampling with un avaible sampling technic. The data were collected with the measurement tools created for use in the study. The data were collected by using a questionnaire consisting of employee information form and valid and reliable group of scales. In the study, it was found that techno-stress average scores of employees were not correlated with general organizational climate, resistance to change and overall job satisfaction scores (p>0,05). Apart from this, it was determined that there were various positive / negative relationships between general individual innovation score, general job-related tension score, resistance to change score level, organizational climate, techno-stress, general job satisfaction and intention to quit (p<0,05). Managing this changing proses is such diffucult that it can be transform to a threat for organization if it isn't manage correctly, however it makes the survive passible. That's why, by administerating the staffs who are dynamic and open to the changes with the suitable motivation ways, a open minded organization climate and a good planning; the hospital prosesesare able to change to a quality output is being thought.
