Abstract (EN)
Today, the rapid development and diversification of technology makes it difficult for technological product consumers to make choices. In this study, we propose a quantitative solution to the complexity of the consumer. Cell phone consumption was chosen as an example problem. In the study, ELECTRE and TOPSIS methods were selected as multi-criteria decision making techniques and two criteria weighting methods, subjective and objective, were used. Subjective weighting was requested from consumers and entropy method was used for objective weighting. The success of the proposed solution method has been demonstrated by comparing the system estimates with the answers obtained from real persons over the data obtained with the developed application.
