Abstract (TR)
Bu tezde arabayla teslim al sistemlerinde ortaya çıkan operasyonel problemlerden yola çıkılarak, gelen müşterilerin servis teslim sürelerini tercih ettikleri bir kuyruk sisteminde kapasite tahsisi problemi incelenmiştir. İncelenen sistemde müşteriler farklı önceliklere sahip olabilirler. Tüm taleplerin talep edilen zamandan önce veya talep edilen zamanda karşılandığı varsayılır. Modelin genelliğini artırmak için, erken servis, bir müşteri talebini reddetme ve servis sağlayıcı için dış kaynak kullanımı (alternatif olarak fazla mesai) gibi eylemlere izin verilir. Ele alınan problem bir Markov Karar Süreci olarak modellenmiştir. En iyi hizmet politikasını oluşturmak için bazı yöntemler kullanılmıştır; ilk olarak, uygun olmayan çözümler kümesini karakterize etmek için yapısal sonuçlar önerilmiştir ve bu sonuçlar verimli hesaplamalar için çözüm yöntemleriyle entegre kullanılmıştır. Ayrıca, daha büyük boyutlardaki problemleri çözebilmek için bazı probleme özgü yaklaşım ve durum uzayı toplama yöntemleri geliştirilmiştir.
