Solid waste management in thermal hotel enterprises: A resarch on applications at front office department

Hotel establishments Solid Waste Management (SWM) new applications than other industries. For this reason, the SWM practices in hotel management 21 century' has gained importance in the first half. The purpose of this study, the five star hotels in Afyonkarahisar front office departments Solid Waste Management has been performed, is applied to investigate what kind of operating in SWM. Afyonkarahisar in this direction at the front desk department, which operates eight five-star hotels and the interview method and the method of observation technique of qualitative research methods were investigated. Main reason for the qualitative research related to the research on the subject of research is the limited number of studies done before. In this respect, the two parts of the interview questions were created. General information about the company first part, the second part consists of questions, including examination of the SWM practices. Literature as well as to achieve the purpose of the environment, resources for the management of solid waste and studied hotel management were transferred to the applications.
