Abstract (EN)
Problems related to health is one of the crital issues people pay attention to them. Medical or other health facilities are important to overcome health-drived problems. Thermal facilities are particularly important to save health or maintain it as they are natural based. However, the level of service quality perceptions of customers are crital to obtain business goals. This thesis investigates service quality at thermal facilities in Southeastern Anatolia Region. A total of 401 questionnaire forms to customers. Demografic profiles of participants were determined. Servqual scale was used to obtain data. Data were analysed by t-test and anova in spss package. Since the data were obtained by face-to-face, there are no missing values. Due to the finding through the analyses, In case of service quality perception, assurance and reliability dimensions were found higher. Generally saying, service quality levels are moderate.
