Capital position of crypto currency/assets in trading companies

Using cryptology techniques, digital money, which entered our lives as a natural part of the e-commerce process, which initiated with the transfer of commerce to the internet environment as a consequence of the development and spread of the internet age, has evolved into crypto money/assets. Crypto currency/assets are an element of "asset" even though there is no consensus on their definition and legal status. In this study, which was written to address the question of whether crypto money/assets, which is an asset element, can be brought as capital to commercial companies, the emphasis is first placed on the elements that can be brought as capital to commercial companies. After examining the definition, functions, and categories of money, detailed explanations were provided regarding the emergence of crypto money/asset, which is considered a subtype of digital money, its distinction from other types of money, its types, and its examples. The feasibility of bringing crypto money/assets to trading companies as cash or in-kind capital has been demonstrated through a comparison with elements that are adequate as cash or in-kind capital.
