In this study, firstly, the basic principles on which commercial law is based on Turkish law and comparative law (commercial business, commercial provision, Merchant basis) are examined, then the examples of commercial enterprises are given, the integrity of the commercial enterprise in the context of thesubject of legal transactions of the business enterprise is mentioned and the weight of the thesis ın terms of individual elements (eg assets) of the commercial enterprise which constitutes the point of business, the audit of the accounting system within the framework of corporate governance principlesthe prevention of the abuse of competition and the protection against drift into bankruptcy, and the safeguard of the trade secret were examined.
