Abstract (EN)
In this thesis, zinc asetate dopped ZnO thin films are produced by spin coater method on the microscope glass. Also, electrical and optical properties of TiO2 dopped ZnO semiconductor thin films are investigated. Examination of structural features of the thin films will be useful for determining the physical properties of these films. After searching XRD and SEM spectra of undopped and TiO2 dopped ZnO thin films, we have briefly introduced the crystal and amorphous structures.
