Özet (EN)

Sleep apnea syndrome is common in society, a disease that causes significant mortality and morbidity. Sleep apnea syndrome in the community at least two times greater in men than women is not a rare disease is defined. Positive airway pressure is the most effective mode of therapy for obstructive sleep apnea syndrome. Principle is the manual titration. However, this method takes long and difficult. New approaches at expediting and simlpifying the teraphy for sleep apnea were suggested, such as PAP prediction formulas. We investigated the effect of predicting the PAP pressure of polysomnographic data in our study. Moderate the most valuable parameter in this regard, we found that the effect of the predictor desaturation index. However, the weight of this factor on the PAP was 30%. Other important parameters are the AHI and BMI and found the N1 sleep stages. However, the influence of these two parameters was also moderate. The weight on the PAP, respectively 25%, were found to be 18% and 18%. Many other parameters to predict the pressure was found to be effective in mild PAP. However, all parameters in predicting the PAP has not created any pressure when evaluating mathematical formulas. Many factors affect pressure is being PAP titration with manual pressure PAP again at the center of sleep medicine to treat patients, we believe that to be determined.
