Examining the relationship between total quality management elements and business performance: the example of Batman Organized Industrial Zone

When the studies in the literature are examined, it is seen that there are a significant number of studies on both Total Quality Management and Business Performance. However, there are few studies in which Total Quality Management and Business Performance variables are used together. In addition, the fact that such a study has not been found in the province of Batman is important in terms of contributing to the literature. Within the scope of this study, it is aimed to examine the relationship between Total Quality Management elements and Business Performance in enterprises producing in different sectors in Batman Organized Industrial Zone. For the research, quantitative research method was used by collecting data using a questionnaire. In order to examine the relationship between total quality management and business performance, the data collected were analyzed using the SPSS analysis program. According to the results of the Independent Samples T Test, One-Way ANOVA Test, correlation and regression analysis conducted within the scope of the study, it was concluded that there is a significant and positive relationship between TQM elements and business performance, and that TQM elements affect business performance.
