Abstract (EN)
In this study, total quality management, human resources, and a 360-degree performance evaluation concepts have been addressed, the modern method of performance appraisal of all aspects of the methods described in the 360-degree performance, tires - working in a private company operating in the rubber industry on the application, the applicability of white-collar staff, problems and solutions are explained. 180 degrees to 360 degrees with the method of performance evaluation method to compare the effectiveness of different aspects of the study, the methods of the same sample group of 180 degrees and 360 degrees for the perception of the firm's strategic decisions and influence the development of people-oriented, the study domain, impact on employee evaluation, impact and total quality management comparison of internal and external stakeholders' views on the size of domains targeted. Hypotheses regarding the method of performance evaluation of two different views of the same sample for the paired sample t-test was used for comparing the level of confidence of 95% have been analyzed. According to the results of hypothesis testing, 360 degree performance evaluation method, compared to the 180-degree performance evaluation method, the company will contribute to the development of more and more people-oriented study rejected hypotheses that will be effective, employee evaluation methods will contribute in a positive way, total quality management practices and strengthen employee is connected to internal and external stakeholders will be more effective on the hypotheses that have been adopted.
