As a result of practicing Total QualityManagement in Musıc Education Department of State Conservatoıre ıt has been expressedthat artistic productivity and performances will be increased in 21th century moderneducation system. Paralel to this condition, State Conservatoıres contribute to developingrequirements of the community in pozitive manner by Practicing of Total QualityManagement and being in a continuous development process has been discussed. TheApproach of lecturers has been considered with a questionnaire about Practicing of TotalQuality and their point of view about this Management Philosophy has been determined.
