Abstract (EN)

Does a society occur on inequalities or did inequalities arise from after the constitution of the societies? It is difficult to answer the question but if it is followed on the easier way, it can be seen that inequalities exist in the structure of all the societies. İnequalites have been the subject of the social science field.. Inequalities always play dominant role in the social science The differences existed among people by social inequalities have attracted the attention of philosophers. Finally, we are left with the term of class. The term of class has changed and has been studied by philosophers since it existed. The definition of modern class have experienced changes in the meaning and explanation from the constitution of class society till the time when the capitalism have controlled over the World. But, the definitions of the old can't always catch up with the new era. The class term gained the modern meaning in the relations of production unlike its birth Naturally, there are a lot of factors which effects the definiton. In this study, it was studied on the definition of precariat that is seen as new class The thoughts of Karl Marx and Max Weber were mentioned for clarifing the classes in the birth and development of capitalism. Then, global neo-liberalism, which have an important effect on the emergence of the definition of precariat, was mentionedFinally, Guy Standing's thoughts on the concept, which is at the center of the discussions, have been put forward in terms of the concept of precariat.
