Microbiological quality analysis?s parameter of bottled water being sold in Trabzon

This study is based on microbiological quality analysis of parameters of bottled water being sold in Trabzon. Six different brands of bottled woter taken randomly from market points of sale has been investigated in elegibility criteriasof microbiological analysis and the Regulation on İntended human Water Consumption by World Health Organization .Samples exposed to sunlight for a three mounths period and were kept for six months in a cool (20 º C) in a dry place..By using membrane filtration method sample?s anaerobic sport with a sulfite reducing bacteria, esherichia coli, fecal coliform bacteria, coliform bacteria, pseudomonas aeruginosa, salmonella, total aerobic mesophilic bacteria and staphylococcus parameters were exemined and analized monthly, and the polycarbonate material?s impact, which was exposed to sunlight, on water quality was exemined by considering microbiological growth performance,Case studies in the 19 L bottled water in total of 54 samples of 19 l are considered to have 52.7% of all)have regulations that are acceptable in terms of determined parameters limits. In 1, 3, 4 and 5numbered samples among 35 samples showed a total growth of anaerobic microorganisms especially after two months of period in the limit values on particular esherichia coli, fecal coliform bacteria, Coliform bacteria, pseudomonas aeruginosa., Whilesample of numbered 2 maintaining compliance with the standards for a period of six months, the numbered 6 one was detected tobe on the standards of total bacteria and coliform bacteria in the fifth and sixth months . Among the total of 36 single-use plastic packaged materials offered for sale within the bottled water sample 35 (97%)samples were considered to appropriate as a result of microbiological analysis.As a result, bottled waters served to consumption are at the beginning microbiologically provided to be clean, but the consumption of time, depending on the operating conditions microbiological contamination was found to increase.
