Abstract (EN)
In this study, the microfungi flora of cultivated and uncultivated soils in Trabzon' s central town has been investigated. Totally 10 samples have been taken from both of the areas. Fiftynine isolates have been determined by using "soil dilution method". Fourtynine of them belong to Moniliales order and two of mem belong to Mucorales order. Eight isolates have been found as sterile. Penicillium, Aspergillus, Cladosporium, Fusarium and Acremonium genera have been proved as more common. Penicillium genus is not only common in terms of number, but also is common in terms of species than others. As a result of the present analysis, in the fresh unites of samples taken from the two areas, corresponding to 1 g of "oven dried" soil, averagely 97.200 and 88.200 unit mikrofungus have been found. The difference between both of the areas has been found statistically nonsignificant. Key Words : Cultivated soil, uncultivated soil, microfungi flora.
