This situation is obviously observed when the notes from the pastuntil today has been searched.In our country there are many students that study on composing, who still keepon having their education. This study is prepared for students who keep on their ownstudies on this subject.In this research, segah sazsemai?s in TRT repertuary which take an importantpart in traditional Turkish Music note repertuary have been searched, the terms maqam,species, structure, sazsemai and musical analyses have been explained in the first part,and have been analysed in the second part.As a result of this study, it?s established that the notes that have been searchedhave showed similarity and haven?t shown an important pogress in the historicalprocess.
