Abstract (EN)
Thepurpose of thisstudy is todeterminetherelationshipbetweenburnoutlevels of parliamentmembersandorganizationalclimate. Forthispurpose, uantitativeresearchmethodwasusedandsurveytechniquewaspreferredtocollectdata. Thepersonalinformation form developedbytheresearcher,theMaslachBurnout Inventory tomeasuretheburnoutlevel of theparliamentmembersandtheorganizationalclimatescaledevelopedbyLitwinandStringer (1968) todeterminetheorganizationalclimate of theparliamentmemberswereused. DescriptivestatisticsandPearsoncorrelationanalysiswereusedtoanalyzethedata. Studyfindingshaveshownthatburnoutlevels of participantswerelow. lowerpersonalachievementwasrelativelyhighercomparedtodepersonalizationandemotionalexhaustion.Therewas a statisticallysignificantrelationshipbetweentheburnoutlevelsandtheorganizationalclimate.Furthermore, therewas a significantrelationshipbetweenageandburnoutlevelsof participantsand 46-55 agedparticipantshadmore sense of burnoutthanotheragegroups.
