Abstract (EN)

On of the important tools that businesses use to survive in today's competive markat conditions is innovation. New products, service or brands offered to the market can gain meaning by consumers adopting these innovations. The fact that companies take into cosideration and take into account the needs and wishes of consumers during their innovation studies wiil maket he process of adopting the innovations of teh consumers much easier. İnnovation levels of consumers are an important behaviooral factor in adopting an innovation. The main purpose of this study is to determine the relationships between consumer innovation, symbolic consumption and unplanned buying behavior. The scope of the study consists of ready wear users aged 18 and over living in Ağrı data wery collected from 410 participants by faceto face questionnaire method by making use of non-random sampling methods. Arithmetic mean, Standard devlation, frequency disttribution, reliability analysis, exploratory, factor analysis and regression analysis were used in the analysis of the data SPSS 22.0 package statistics programs were used in the analysis, as result of the regression analyzes, it was determined that symbolic consuption had a significant and positive effect on consumer innovation and consumer innovation had a significant and positive effect on unplanned purchasing behavior.
