Abstract (EN)
Businesses, generally agreed, succeed in a competitive environment, identifying and influencing the consumers' behavior and culture which, today, is the concern of business. In fact, businesses do as such in order to cope with highly intense socio cultural and psychological competition and to regard the significance of customers' personal conditions. Furthermore, the main purpose of business is to make profit. In this regard, to ensure the continuity and affordability of purchase and also to make costumer of own, it seems essential to treat customers well. In this study, demographic features, socio-cultural, psychological and personal factors and the purchasing decision of costumers on the different variables to examine on the consumers in turkey. in Trabzon the committed survey study has been conducted with 392 people and the data obtained has been interpreted.
