Abstract (EN)

In this study, the analysis of the Fourier Transform (FT) spectra obtained in the visible wavelength region of the element Tulium (Tm) was performed. As a result of the spectral analysis, the spectral line classifications of atomic Thulium (Tm I) and ionized Thulium (Tm II) were performed, and the hyperfine structure of the fine structure energy levels of the Tm atom was examined experimentally. In this thesis, a total of 2746 lines were analyzed. 1757 of these lines were classified as Tm I, 291 of them were classified as Tm II. In the analysis, 289 Tm I line and 242 Tm II lines were classified for the first time in this thesis. 698 spectral lines are called Tm I or Tm II. As a result of the analysis of spectral transitions, experimentally, the magnetic dipole hyperfine structure constant, A, for 19 fine structure levels of Tm I, were given for the first time in this thesis. For the first time in this study, by utilizing the linear equation system, which was created by using experimental data, A magnetic dipole hyperfine structure constant that corresponds to 244 fine structure levels were determined.
