Analysis of statistical methodology of business health and safety culture conditions in tourism sectors

With the growth in this sector operating in the tourism sector, the hotel business and increasing the number of personnel employed. Employees in the hotel industry ergonomic, Psychosocial factors and adverse working conditions are encountered the characteristics of the sector workforce, most of the hotel business "blue collar" is conducted by and for these things it is observed that low-level training is sufficient. The aim of this study is to determine the occupational health and safety yerlesiklig of Culture tourism in hotels. The research was limited to only 250 people who work in the hotel. The research results also genellemem (has been applied in other tourism areas), this study was limited to only. The population of the study comprise of employees in 5 star hotels. The sample of the study in the province of Gaziantep is located in 5-star hotels which can be reached from 270 employees as the person has been identified. The answers of the survey but were not included due to the lack of for 20th. In the current survey a total of 250 were counted. Research problem needed to be resolved, the employees in the collection of data on the opinions of the survey technique was used. The survey questions are arranged in a form of 19. Demographic characteristics of the survey participants, includes questions regarding to understand the views of occupational health and safety. Demographic characteristics of employees in relation to gender, age, education level, monthly income, region were asked questions to understand. The general opinion of the employees regarding OHS in the portion asked general questions and the responses were investigated. The scope of the research the purpose of research relevant data obtained were analyzed using quantitative analysis techniques Anahtar Kelimelere: The Tourism Industry, Hotel Management, Health and Safety Executive, Culture of Health and Safety Executive.
