Abstract (EN)

Technological and industrial developments are also accelerating with the rapid population growth and the difficulties of urbanization brought along with it. However, with these developments, the amount of energy used reaches such dimensions that all living things will suffer as a result. The increase in the use of scarce efficient resources such as energy, water and materials in buildings within the scope of the sustainability concept of hose is also of great importance for the construction sector. These backgrounds make various rules in the legal regulations of developed countries for sustainable construction. With these methods, it becomes a necessity to adopt innovations in the construction process in order to propose and implement sustainable projects in the construction sector. At the end of these periods, when you bring all the features of the ecology concept together, you will get the efficiency you get and produce its own energy by using energy consumption, and consume less energy. Even, it is predicted that consumers who produce more than they consume, use recyclable materials, and sustainable and ecological building designs that do less harm will increase. In the literature, there is a scarcity of studies on the work and the building production process that continues to be managed, and there is no study about measuring the measures that should be followed for sustainable building production. Measurement values of sustainable building production measures in the Turkish construction industry, which do not include the specified tables in this way. This waste was brought online as a result of using the structured system literature to determine the sustainable building production residues in the Turkish construction sector, and the support burden was sent via e-mail from the Union of Chambers of Turkish Engineers and Architects to increase the amount of the country. The information obtained from the collections throughout the survey was analyzed with the "SPSS 22.0 for Windows" program. As a result of the study, while estimating, first of all, measurement analysis was made on the questionnaire, it was investigated whether the data obtained from the data obtained from the monitoring methods had a normal distribution using statistics, and the percentage, frequency, mean and standard deviation distributions were included. Within the scope of the hypothesis examination, it has been investigated whether there is a controlled relationship between the principles for determining the elements that follow the sustainable building production process in the Turkish construction sector and the relevant demographic characteristics. Since these structures are in normal distributions for each variable, "One-Way ANOVA" and "Independent Two-Sample t-test" were used from parametric hypothesis tests. The obtained data were ranked in order of importance and explanatory factor analysis was performed. In the Turkish construction sector, suggestions are made to determine sustainable building production measures and to take measures.
