Abstract (EN)
The Great Offensive is one of the most important events in the Turkish National Struggle. With this victory it was proved that Anatolia was a Turkish soil. The foundations of the new Turkish State and The Republic was laid. The Great Offensive is the one of the most important wars for its preparation, secrecy, and attack. Mustafa Kemal Pasha's military genius was once again proved in this war.In this study we try to reveal the effects of The Great Offensive?s military, social, political and economic aspects to the Turkish public opinion. In general, Turkish press has given support to The Great Offensive and The Turkish National Struggle. But there were a few papers opposed to the The Great Offensive and The Turkish Struggle. This Study which reveals The Great Offensive?s effects on the Turkish Public Opinion, will be useful not only for history but also sociology, political and economic sciences
