Türkiye'de Cumhurbaşkanlığı seçimleri ve siyasi partiler

The aim of this study is to explain the strong office of the presidency in the parliamentary system in Turkey in the post-1980 period with particular reference to the presidential election crisis that acquired significance in Turkish politics in the aftermath of the 1960 coup. the aim of this thesis is to clarify certain concepts such as electoral system, social structure, military influence and parties stability, which are important for understanding the recent "presidential election crisis debate" in contemporary Turkish politics.
