An effects of e-municipality applications in Turkey: The case of Trabzon

The aim of this research is that put forward the application over e-municipality perception in Turkey and in the World and reveal citizen?s perception from municipality in Trabzon sample and waiting the extent of service quality. Besides it proves to ensure application wider than management process of public what extent to information and communication technology take advantage in other words what extent to using e-municipality servicesIn the first section firstly, the process of e-municipality concept progress and encountered issues are explained. Later the local extent of e-municipality concept that is to say how to appear e-municipality notion and its feature and advantage are mentioned.In the second section, the e-municipality of legal frame is handled. Later the application of e-municipality analyzed in Turkey and in the world and e-state and e-municipality applications efficiency indicator are revealed.In the third section, the applications of e-municipality are examined in Trabzon Municipality consequently Trabzon Municipality has reached to not complete evidence precisely e-transformation. According to datas, as a result of surveyed e-municipality application shows approximately 10 percent of advantage. Moreover, 67 percent citizens are seen to be unaware of e-municipality application. Utilizing citizens from e-municipality application has come up absurdly gender, revenue, education level and the frequency of net, the difference between perceived service values as statistical. However subscale, age, revenue and the frequency of net usage the diffrence between perceived service values has come up as statisticial.
