Taekwondo coach in Turkey leadership, creativity and investigation of burnout

The aim of this study is to create a basic model of leadership for taekwondo coaches in Turkey. According to this end, Turkey has found 3119 coaches TTF record, has built a visa for 2015, a total of 1044 active Taekwondo coaches, the entire sample group during coach development seminar conducted every year by the TTF and visa applications, sports leadership scale ( Leadership for Sport Scala - LSS) "How your Creator and Maslach Burnout Inventory scales were performed. The analysis has benefited from the implementation of IBM SPSS Statistics 21 0 program. Statistical significance : p < 0 . 05 value criteria were adopted. Test results: Taekwondo coaches, depending on the gender; Leadership Status Assessment, Social Support Leadership, Leadership Training instruction, depending on their ages in cases of autocratic leadership behavior; Democratic leadership behavior, leadership behavior in social support, marital status, education and income, depending on the situation; Leadership democratic behavior, leadership, positive feedback, leadership assessment, Leadership social support, leadership education, eadership in autocratic behavior according to age and income levels in the creativity level of burnout personal achievement dimension scores by gender, burnout: emotional exhaustion received according to age group size, there were significant differences between the scores of the burnout subscales personal success by income level (p <0. 05). In the light of the survey, those with higher levels of education to be effective in leadership level taekwondo coaches, ladies' coaches they are more creative than men ,. professional, saturation in the upper age group, the reduction in targets and expectations, feelings of insignificance to be appreciated, to be effective in burnout is considered.
