Human rights in the context of changing perceptions of social service in Turkey

One of the problems of the current state of our country to benefit from social services. A circular relationship between the concept of human rights and social services are available. Way to explain this relationship, social services carried out on the basis of human rights and all of its applications may be able to clearly depicted. The concept of human rights, such as social services, has pointed to its application and makes a wide spread area.Social service needs of people who are born applications, rather than understanding the concept of human rights must be in essence. Because the existence of social services, the individual owes to the existence of democracy. However, due to the protection of social services to individuals and group differences as a profession and discipline contributes to the development of the concept of human rights. A difference between individuals, as well as different definitions, concepts and applications brings.
