Özet (EN)

In this study, morphological, anatomical and palynological properties of Endemic O. discedens Hausskn. ex. Bornm., O. nana DC. and O. sorgeri var. subglabriflorum Teppner taxa have been determinated which are collected from Turkey. In morphological studies, O. discedens base and stem leaves size 60-70x5-7 mm, pedisel length at the fruit were 6-8 mm in Flora of Turkey but in this study, base and stem leaves size 50-130x5-10 mm, pedisel length at the fruit -10 mm were measured. O. nana and O. sorgeri var. subglabriflorum measurements were consistent with Flora of Turkey. In anatomical investigation, O. sorgeri var. subglabriflorum leafs and stem epidermal cells, differently the other two taxa, 2-3 layers located under the epidermal cells of cortex and hair base cells have been raphide crystals. Leaf type of O. discedens dorsiventral (=bilaterale), O. nana and O. sorgeri var. subglabriflorum were determinated equifacial (=isolateral). As the stem, only O. sorgeri var. subglabriflorum leaf epidermal cells have raphide crystals.Wodehouse and Acetolysis (Erdtman) methods were used the determine characteristics of pollens. All three taxa have been heteropolar, pollen shapes and P/E ratio O. discedens sphaeroidea P/E: 1.08 (W); 1.12 (E), O. nana sphaeroidea P/E: 1.13 (W); subprolatae P/E: 1.15 (E), O. sorgeri var. subglabriflorum subprolatae P/E: 1.14 (W); 1.20 (E)?dir. The nutlet in each of three taxa have rugose ornamentation.
