Investment incentives in Turkey and efficiency of investment incentive system Diyarbakır city example

In this study, investment incentives applied to achieve a systematic, regular and sustainable economic development are discussed. Within this scope, successful implementations of investment incentives in the world have been emphasized. The elements of these applications have been examined. Later on in our country, the state support that was applied from the republican period to the day-to-day was taken up. The existing Investment incentive system has been examined in a wide range. In order to investigate the effectiveness of the incentive system in place, the case of Diyarbakır province was considered. In this context, the socio-economic situation of the province was examined and the effect of the investment incentive system on the socio-economic situation in the process was revealed. Then a field survey was conducted to investigate the impact of the investment incentive system. The results were then taken into consideration with all these data taken into account and a solution proposal was presented. Keywords: Investment Incentives, State Supports, Incentives
