The supreme criminal tribunal judgement in Turkey and suggestions for its recostruction

The Supreme Criminal Tribunal Judgement proceedings can be fulfilled by the Constitutional Court, has been the subject of controversy from the time of the 1961 Constitution.The discussions, the institution, the Supreme Criminal Tribunal will fulfill the task, the structure of the Supreme Criminal Tribunal Judgement, the method for selecting the membership, qualifications of members, has been shown to concentrate in investigation methods and accused authorities with a single point grade trial. The aim of our study; The concept of the Supreme Criminal Tribunal Judgement, structure, systems, with examples from the historical development of comparative law and the Supreme Criminal Tribunal Judgement investigation and trial judge examining the Supreme Criminal Tribunal Judgement in our system is to provide recommendations to criticism.
