Abstract (EN)
Radio Frequency (RF) particle accelerators, constructed using a variety of science and engineering are amongst the most impressive products of science and technology of the twentieth century. RF power supply and RF transmission line are important structures for these accelerators. An RF transmission line consists of waveguides, circulators and RF dumps. In this study, S-parameter and power measurements of 800 MHz RF transmission line components, which have been simulated, designed and manufactured at the KAHVE laboratory of Boğaziçi University, are performed. In addition, in order to obtain information about the power passing through the RF transmission line, the simulation, design and production of a Loop-Type Directional Coupler have been carried out and S-parameters have been measured.
