Abstract (EN)
With the development of technology, the colored wastewater, which has been increasing in industry year after year, has become a serious threat to the ecosystem. Many methods are used for removal from wastewater of various dyes used in the industry. The ultrasonic systems is one of these methods. In this study, adsorption efficiency of Brilliant Black BN, Methylene Blue and Acid Red 1 dyes of different concentrations in the presence of magnetized banana peel, orange peel and zeolitic tuff adsorbents at different temperatures and times in ultrasonic bath were investigated. After adsorption dye concentrations were measured by UV-VIS Spectrometer. The response surface method was used in adsorption studies of these dyes and experimental optimizations were made with Box-Behnken design method. As a result of the studies carried out in the ultrasonic environment, it was determined that Brilliant Black BN dye was adsorbed at a maximum of 90,41 %, Methylene blue dye maximum 91,23 % and Acid Red 1 dye adsorption maximum 73,23 %. The pure, magnetic and after adsorption adsorbents were characterized by SEM, EDX, BET and XRF analyzes.
