Abstract (EN)
The aim of this study is to determine the panopticon levels of employees and to reveal whether the panopticon levels of employees differ significantly according to socio-demographic characteristics. In the realization of the research, convenience sampling technique, one of the non-random sampling methods, was used. The sample of the study consisted of 278 academic and administrative employees of Munzur University in Tunceli Province. Panopticon perceptions of academic and administrative staff were evaluated with the "Panopticon Scale". In the light of the data obtained as a result of the survey, frequency, reliability, validity, independent t-tests, one-way variance and correlation analyzes were conducted. As a result of the study, it was concluded that the panopticon perceptions of the employees did not differ according to the variables of gender, marital status, education level, work unit, professional experience and tenure at the current university, but the awareness levels were affected by age. In addition, it was determined that the panopticon levels of the employees were below average.
