Investigation of the effect of participation of the university personnel to recreation activities on the quality of life and life

The aim of this study is; The relationship between the participation of university staff in recreation activities and the effect of happiness and quality of life were investigated. A total of 229 male and female employees were employed as academic staff at Batman University, aged between 20 and 40 years of age. The individuals participating in the academic staff at Batman University were selected by chance method. SPSS 22 IBM statistical package program was used in the evaluation and evaluation of the data. Data are summarized as mean and standard deviation. As a result of the analyzes, it was found that the participation of the staff in the recreation activities, happiness and quality of life were significantly higher (p <0.05). As a result, the participation of the university staff in recreation activities has a positive effect on happiness and quality of life, and the gender, marital status of the people do not change according to their age, educational status and income.
