In this study, the elements that constitute the thematic vocabulary of the songs in the work "Uyġur Xelq Naxşiliri" are examined. Besides, the form and content characteristics of these songs were also evaluated. The study consists of three parts except the introduction and conclusion chapter: In the introduction chapter, the aim, importance and method of the study are mentioned. In the first chapter, the New Uyghur Turkish, Uyghur literature, vocabulary, and the information about the Uighur Turkish and Turkish songs in Turkey are given. In the second part, the songs of the work that called ''Uygur Xelq Naxşiliri"s transcription (writing translation) and translating to Turkish are mentioned. In the third chapter, the vocabulary of songs in the work that called ''Uygur Xelq Naxşiliri'' was examined. In the fourth chapter, the songs were separated according to their formal characteristics and evaluated in terms of content. In the conclusion chapter, the results of the findings were obtained.
